HOMEMADE Crunchy Pickled green chillies

 

INSTRUCTION TO RESUSE PICKLING VINEGAR; 

 

 

5-6 (6oz) long green chillies (jalapeno or serano), sliced thickly or 1/8" to 3/16" thick 
 

  1. Place whole chillies in a bowl and pour boiling water over them.  Let it stand for 10 seconds, drain off and immediately put in ice water.  

  1. Wear glove to slice the chillies and remove core and seeds.   

  1. Place sliced chillies into the pickling vinegar in the jar.  Compress it as much as possible. 

  1. Refrigerate and enjoy after one week.  Can keep for months.  

  1. Reuse up to two times.
